What it is
It warms you, not the room.
A traditional sauna heats the air until the air heats you. Infrared goes straight for your body — so it feels gentler at the same temperature, and you still sweat like you mean it.
There’s no technique. You sit, you breathe, you let it get to work. Most people are surprised how much comes off them for how mild it feels.
People come in to shed a hard day, or after training when everything’s tight and they want it to loosen.
Bring water. Don’t walk in off a big meal.
Who it’s for
Honestly, just about everyone.
You don’t need to be an athlete or a regular. Come in wound up, worn out, or just cold — it does the same quiet thing either way.

Kettering's newest hidden wellness gem — private, quiet and serene. After the sound bed I felt like I was floating on a cloud. It's why I got a membership on the spot.

The best experience. I used the red light, the cold plunge, the infrared sauna and the sound bed — all excellent. The place is beautiful and the accommodations are luxurious.

Do I need a membership?
No. It’s $40 as a single visit and you can book it without joining anything. Members use one credit instead.
How long is a session?
Most people spend around 40 minutes in the cabin, but there’s no fixed length — stay a little less or a little longer within your visit.
What should I bring?
Water — bring a bottle in with you. It’s forty minutes sitting in the cabin, and you’ll sweat more than the gentle heat leads you to expect.
Does it feel like a traditional sauna?
It’s milder. Infrared warms your body directly instead of heating the air, so the same temperature feels gentler — though you still sweat. Don’t go in straight after a heavy meal.
Can I book it as part of a protocol?
Yes. It’s one of the stops in the Nervous System Reset, the Recovery Protocol and the Dry Reset, which sequence several services into a single visit.
How often should I do it?
Most people find it more useful done regularly than as a one-off. If you’re coming in regularly, a membership works out cheaper than repeat single visits.
Infrared Sauna is part of three protocols.
A protocol sequences several services into a single visit, in a set order. The sauna is one of the stops in all three.
