What it is
Close your eyes and let it lead.
You put on a headset — gentle light through the eyes, sound through headphones — and it runs a guided sequence. You don’t have to concentrate on anything.
Nothing is asked of you. No breathing to count, no thoughts to manage. You sit back and follow the light and sound.
People book it to quiet a busy head, and to land somewhere calm in the middle of a full day.
You come out settled, the way you do after a short, deep rest.

Kettering's newest hidden wellness gem — private, quiet and serene. After the sound bed I felt like I was floating on a cloud. It's why I got a membership on the spot.

The best experience. I used the red light, the cold plunge, the infrared sauna and the sound bed — all excellent. The place is beautiful and the accommodations are luxurious.

An amazing all-inclusive wellness center. I went from the infrared sauna to red light therapy — I love having everything under one roof.

Questions people ask first.
Do I need a membership?
No. It's $40 as a single visit, or one credit if you're a member.
How long is a session?
About 20 minutes — that’s the whole appointment.
What does it actually feel like?
Soft light against your closed eyelids and audio through headphones. Most people describe it as similar to lying down with your eyes shut listening to something calming. The light is gentle rather than bright.
Do I have to do anything?
No. You don't meditate, control your breathing, or concentrate on anything. The session runs itself, and falling asleep partway through is fine.
Is it safe if I'm sensitive to flashing lights?
If you have epilepsy or are sensitive to flashing light, check with your doctor before booking. Tell us when you arrive and we'll talk it through with you.
Can I book it alongside something else?
Yes. It pairs well with the infrared sauna or red light therapy, and it's the third stop in the Dry Reset protocol, which sequences it with both plus the sound bed.
How often should I do it?
One session is fine on its own, but it's more useful done regularly. If you're coming in often, a membership works out cheaper than repeat single visits.
Or pair it with something else.
Every service is available on its own, or bundled into a protocol.
