What it is
A bed you feel more than hear.
A bed with transducers built into it. Low frequencies travel up through your body as vibration rather than arriving as sound.
You lie down, fully dressed, and nothing is asked of you — no breathing technique, no meditation, nothing to follow.
Most people are half asleep by the end. That’s the intended finish, not a sign you did it wrong.
People book it when their mind won’t switch off, or at the end of a week that took it out of them.
Who it’s for
Honestly, just about everyone.
You don’t need to know how to meditate or “do” anything. If your head’s busy, this does the quieting for you.
Come in when
- Your mind won’t switch off
- You’re wrung out at the end of a long week

- You just want to lie down and drift
Good to know
- Fully dressed — nothing to change into
- Falling asleep is fine, and expected
- Sit up slowly when it’s done
- No membership needed to book

Reviews
Five stars, eleven times over.
A perfect 5.0 on Google. A little of what people say after a visit.
★★★★★
Kettering's newest hidden wellness gem — private, quiet and serene. After the sound bed I felt like I was floating on a cloud. It's why I got a membership on the spot.

The best experience. I used the red light, the cold plunge, the infrared sauna and the sound bed — all excellent. The place is beautiful and the accommodations are luxurious.

An amazing all-inclusive wellness center. I went from the infrared sauna to red light therapy — I love having everything under one roof.

So relaxing, and a super chic new spa worth checking out. Highly recommend the saunas — and there's a wide range of services.

Before you book.
Do I need a membership?
No. It’s $40 as a single visit and you can book it without joining anything. Members use one credit instead.
How long is a session?
About 35 minutes on the bed — that’s the whole appointment.
What’s it like?
You lie on the bed fully dressed and low frequencies move through your body as vibration rather than sound. Nothing is asked of you — no breathing technique, no meditation, nothing to follow.
What if I fall asleep?
That’s fine, and expected. Most people are close to asleep by the end; it’s the intended finish, not a sign you’ve done it wrong.
Can I book it as part of a protocol?
Yes. It’s one of the stops in the Nervous System Reset and the Dry Reset, which sequence several services into a single visit.
How often should I do it?
It’s a deeply relaxing thirty-five minutes, and if you’re using it for sleep it works better done regularly than once. If you’re coming in regularly, a membership works out cheaper than repeat single visits.
Sensory Lounge is part of two protocols.
A protocol sequences several services into a single visit, in a set order. The sound bed is one of the stops in both.
