What it is

Lie down, close your eyes, that’s it.

A full-body panel of red and near-infrared light. You lie under it with your eyes closed while it runs — no heat, no buzzing, nothing to feel.

That’s what surprises people first: there’s genuinely no sensation. You just rest.

People use it for skin, and for recovery after training.

Wear as much or as little as you like — more skin exposed means more coverage.

Reviews

Five stars, eleven times over.

A perfect 5.0 on Google. A little of what people say after a visit.

★★★★★

Kettering's newest hidden wellness gem — private, quiet and serene. After the sound bed I felt like I was floating on a cloud. It's why I got a membership on the spot.

The best experience. I used the red light, the cold plunge, the infrared sauna and the sound bed — all excellent. The place is beautiful and the accommodations are luxurious.

An amazing all-inclusive wellness center. I went from the infrared sauna to red light therapy — I love having everything under one roof.

So relaxing, and a super chic new spa worth checking out. Highly recommend the saunas — and there's a wide range of services.

Red light rewards regulars.

It works cumulatively, so it’s better weekly than as a one-off — which is exactly when a membership’s credits beat paying per visit.

Questions

Before you book.

Do I need a membership?

No. It’s $40 as a single visit and you can book it without joining anything. Members use one credit instead.

How long is a session?

About 20 minutes under the panel — that’s the whole appointment.

What’s it like?

There’s no heat and no sensation — you lie under the panel with your eyes closed for twenty minutes, and there’s genuinely nothing to feel. Most people just rest.

Do I need to undress?

Up to you. You can stay fully dressed, but more skin exposed means more coverage. There’s no cool-down or shower afterwards, so you can get up and go.

Can I book it as part of a protocol?

Yes. It’s one of the stops in the Nervous System Reset, the Recovery Protocol and the Dry Reset, which sequence several services into a single visit.

How often should I do it?

One session won’t show you much; it’s better done weekly than as a one-off. If you’re coming in regularly, a membership works out cheaper than repeat single visits.

Red Light Therapy is part of three protocols.

A protocol sequences several services into a single visit, in a set order. Red light is one of the stops in all three.
