The sequence
Five stops, in this order, for a reason.
The order matters more than any single piece of it. Heat first to loosen everything up, then the cold swing, then progressively less to do until you're not doing anything at all.
Infrared Sauna
Dry heat in the Sunlighten cabin to loosen everything up first. A slow, easy warm-up before the cold work starts, and the point where most people stop checking the time.
Red Light Therapy
Full-body red light on the bed. Nothing to do here but lie still, which is easier here than it will be later.
Cold Plunge
The cold plunge — the sharp swing that snaps you awake. Cold water is the part people dread and the part they come back for.
Hot Tub
Straight from cold into heat. The swing between the two is the point — it's what contrast therapy actually is.
Sensory Lounge
The sound bed. Low frequency you feel through the body rather than hear. Most people are close to asleep by the end, which is the intended finish.
Who books this

- Anyone carrying more stress than they'd like to admit
- People who sleep badly and can't work out why
- Anyone recovering from hard training
- First-timers who want to try everything once
- Members using it as a monthly reset
What to bring

- Towels are provided
- Come hydrated, don't come straight from a heavy meal
- Don't schedule anything demanding afterwards

FAQ
Questions people ask first.
How long does it take?
Two hours from start to finish. It isn’t designed to be rushed, and the back half of the sequence is where it settles.
Do I need a membership?
No. It’s $129 as a single visit, and you can book it without joining anything. Members can use four credits instead.
Do I have to do the cold plunge?
You can skip it, though the swing between cold and heat is a large part of why the sequence works. If you’d rather avoid water altogether, ask us about the Dry Reset.
What should I bring?
Swimwear. Towels are provided. Come hydrated and not straight after a heavy meal.
How will I feel afterwards?
Most people leave calm and a little sleepy. It’s worth not scheduling anything demanding straight afterwards.
How often should I do it?
Some guests come monthly, others weekly. If you’re doing it regularly, a membership works out cheaper than repeat single visits.
Or book any of it on its own.
Every stop in the sequence is available as a single visit or one member credit.
